Can I use my health insurance to pay for testing?

We accept a credit / debit card payment and PayPal. We are happy to send you a standard receipt if you choose to bill your insurance company.

Please note that we are unable to provide ICD or CPT codes or our Tax ID number if you choose to bill your insurance company.
