Can I go to any lab to get my blood drawn?

No.

If you order Standard Tests through Accesa Labs, you are only able to get your blood drawn at an approved Quest Diagnostics or Lab Corp locations. The electronic lab order we send you is only valid for services at your selected location. If you go to any other lab (e.g. LabCorp), you will likely be asked for payment or you will get billed for services.  Additionally, we will not receive your results.
