Can I change or cancel my order?

Refund Policy for Unused Orders

Once you have submitted the specimen (blood, urine, stool, etc.), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

For properly canceled orders, we do not charge a processing fee. Please send cancellation requests via email to help@accesalabs.com. Please include the following information: name, date of birth, order number and reason for cancellation.

A test order requested through the Site can be cancelled for a period of 90 days after the order date and prior to submitting your test specimens at the laboratory. A full refund will be provided to the original payment method.

After 90 days and up until one year from the order date, a credit for future testing will be provided. The credit is not transferable and must be used within 1 year of the order date.

After 1 year, unused orders are considered voided, may not be redeemed for services and are no longer eligible for refund or credit.

Note: Credit card companies can take up to 10 days to credit refunds.
