How do I get an ALCAT test?

We provide access to specialty tests from ALCAT.

These specialty tests are kits that are sent to your home.

Steps to ordering a Specialty Test:
1. Check the box for each test or tests you would like to order
2. Fill out the patient information section
3. Input your payment information by entering your debit/credit/HSA card or Paypal.
4. Fill out the shipping information to where you will like your kit to be delivered
5. Agree to the terms

After you place your order a confirmation page will show on the screen and you will receive an email confirmation regarding your order.

Allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed an email confirmation regarding your kit will be emailed.
