Your order can be cancelled or changed prior to submitting your specimen (blood, urine, stool, etc.) for testing at the lab. To cancel your order, request a refund or change your order, please contact us.
If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund your order total less either $10 or a 5% processing fee (whichever is greater). After 120 days, all refunds will be paid by check.
Once you have submitted the specimen (blood, urine, stool, etc.), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Note: Credit card companies can take up to 10 days to credit refunds.
