How do I access the box.com folder?

All lab orders, test results, receipts, tracking information, etc. are sent in a password protected folder through box.com, a secure and HIPAA compliant cloud-based file sharing platform.

To access the secure folder, enter the birthday you provided when placing your order.  Enter the date in the following format: MMDDYY. For example, January 1, 1989 and should be entered as 010189.

Note: Make sure you are entering TWO digits for the date, month, and year of your birthday.

Once you have accessed your folder, you will be able to download your documents onto your computer. To download your document click on the down arrow button located at the top right corner and you will be asked to open or save the document.
