Accesa Labs makes lab testing easy. Our mission is to empower our customers to customize their own testing on their schedule for affordable, transparent prices.
Here's how it works:
Step 1 - Order Online
Research, choose and order the tests that you want online. Once your order is processed, you will get your order information emailed to you. The email will have instructions on how to access your lab order. You will log onto accesalabs.com/account/login and enter your email and password.
Step 2 - Get Tested Near You
For standard tests, take your order information to a local Quest Diagnostics to get tested. For specialty tests, get a kit shipped to you for specimen collection. Check the appropriate page (ALCAT, Genova, Metametrix, Neurotransmitter, Spectracell, or ZRT) for detailed instructions.
Step 3 - Receive Your Results
Get an email when your results are available (usually in 3-4 business days or less). You will receive an email that your results are available and instructions on how to access your results. You will access your results through accesalabs.com/account/login. Enter your email and password.
Results for specialty tests are emailed through a password protected folder from box.com.Box.com is a secure and HIPAA compliant cloud-based file sharing. We are advocates for patient ownership of their data. We want to make it as easy as possible for patients to take control of their health. To access your folder, you will enter your birthday in the following format: MMDDYY. For example, if your birthday is January 1, 1989, you should enter 010189.
